Bakewell Acoustic Music Festival(BAMF)

This is a 3 day family festival starting on the evening of Friday 12th August through to early evening of Sunday 14th featuring some of the finest acoustic music from across the world.
Set on the showground in the picturesque market town of Bakewell this music weekend will have acoustic bands representing all genres of music from Folk, Latin, Country and Bluegrass right through to Acoustic Jazz, Rock and Blues. As well as this enchanting ambiance there will be the finest local real ales and ciders and the chance to taste some of the best food produce from the North.
2011 is set to be a cultural treat in the heart of the beautiful Peak District National Park

This is family friendly event so don't forget to bring the kids. Children 15 years or under (accompanied by an adult) will be admitted FREE.

Acoustic Idol Competition.

On Sunday 14th once again we are holding our Acoustic Idol Competition. If you feel you have got what it takes and an acoustic instrument – then let the audience be the judge. This is going to be a fantastic event for the audience and all musicians looking for their break. See page for details
